Description
The Fusion Preamp Interface Pedal is a robust, flexible interface designed for safely connecting and controlling Leslie® speaker cabinets. It maintains the same features as our Fusion Preamp Interface, with the convenience of a pedal design. With guitarists and stage keyboard players in mind especially, the FPI Pedal excels at ease of connectivity and usability.
The built-in preamp provides 26dB of clean gain with a simple ¼” audio input. It also features tone bass/treble control, hi-gain switch, low cut switch, and effects loop. The hi-gain and low cut switch are especially effective for electric guitar.
The FPI Pedal comes equipped with a dual footswitch for onboard speed control. Additionally, it features a ¼” TRS speed control input that is compatible with any CU-1 half-moon style switch. A COT (Chorale/Off/Tremolo) screw terminal allows optional hardwiring of external speed control.
Some Leslie® amplifiers have been modified with an EIS Trek II or other solid-state relay to add a Stop mode. The FPI Pedal is compatible with both 3-speed and 2-speed Leslie® amps. Two Y/N (Yes/No) switches select either Fast/Stop/Slow mode (Y position) or Fast/Slow mode (N position) for the 122 and 147 outputs individually.
The Fusion Pedal is ergonomically designed with the player in mind. The location of the switches helps keep the player’s foot from leaving the ground, facilitating more comfortable transitions.
